 Ayoka is an up and coming innovative stylist, who has been in the business for over 6 years. She began herfreelance career in Atlanta consistently styling a local nightlife columnist as well as other individuals in the industry. After relocating to Charleston, SC she wrote a nightlife column for over two years incorporating fashion, pop culture and local happenings into a weekly- published article for Charleston’s City Paper.
Currently, Ayoka is the Style Editor for Charleston Magazine, Charleston Home and Charleston Weddings Magazine . She produces and styles the fashion spreads, scouting reports, home décor features, bridal style tips, and more. In addition, Ayoka authors two style blogs and also serves as a local Style Expert contributing as a featured fashion correspondent on Charleston News 4's Lowcountry Live and News 2. As the visionary and creative director of Charleston Magazine’s inaugural Charleston Fashion Week, she has successfully secured a national spotlight on the local fashion community as a premiere shopping destination. Outside of her Style Editor duties, Ayoka continues to work as a freelance stylist and consultant and has recently styled features for Moo Roo Handbags, and Atlanta's Upscale Magazine.
